Cancellation Policy:
• Public tours require a minimum of 10 passengers; if this number isn’t met, the tour may be canceled.
• Tours may also be canceled due to inclement weather, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.
• A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for a refund.
• Online tickets are only valid for the specified date and time.
• Tours can be rescheduled by contacting Pacific Dream Catamaran directly before the 48-hour window.
Inclement Weather Policy:
• Tours are canceled during thunderstorms with lightning.
• Customers are notified by phone or email of any cancellations.
• Refunds or rescheduling options are provided for online ticket holders.
• Tours proceed in light rain or overcast weather, but not during severe conditions.
No Shows Policy:
• No refund is issued for no-shows or uncancelled reservations.
• It’s courteous to inform the company if you can’t attend.
Alcohol and Tobacco Policy:
• Alcohol, including beer, tequila, rum, vodka, and mixed drinks, is included for passengers over 18.
• Consumption is limited to 3 beers and 3 cocktails per person.
• Harassing behavior due to alcohol consumption is not tolerated.
• Drugs are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is not permitted.

By purchasing a ticket, customers waive certain rights and release Pacific Dream Catamaran from liability for injury or death.
• Participants acknowledge the inherent risks of ocean activities.
• Participants release Pacific Dream Catamaran from liability for any injury or damages, including those resulting from negligence.
• Participants agree not to sue or hold Pacific Dream Catamaran responsible for any liability.
• Participants agree to report any hazards during their participation.
• Participants consent to the use of images for promotional purposes without compensation.
